I’m Kim Berry, a lifelong visual storyteller whose passion for photography ignited at the age of 13 when I first held a roll of unexposed film and my very own developer tray. From that moment on, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the alchemy of light, chemistry, and composition. Today, I call the scenic town of Burnsville home, though my roots trace back to the vibrant streets of Charlotte.

When I’m not capturing memories, you’ll probably find me lacing up my hiking boots for a trek in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I’m an avid long-distance hiker, always chasing that next ridge line or hidden waterfall. My best supporter is my intellectually curious husband. He fights fires by day and douses me with sparks of conversation by night.

At home, life is infinitely richer thanks to:

• My two Maine Coon cats (and occasional muses) Bihan and Hanzo, who rule both my home studio and my heart.
